The world of blogs in my opinion in my country just becoming known but as the information is increasing use of blogs will increase as it is a very useful tool for anyone and the topic of your choice depending on what you mean, I know in my country there is a considerable lag in terms of technology but I think we are on track but there is still much to be done.
